The interior build-out for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency encompassed 360,000 square feet at Potomac Yard One and Two. Highlights of the LEED-Gold headquarters, designed by DCS Design, include a conference center, medical service station, and fitness center, as well as a flexible array of offices and meeting spaces. The MEP design features two self-contained units per floor. Daylight harvesting and advanced lighting controls optimize energy conservation within the award-winning complex.
